IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Security

  • We generally recommend the tour to experienced and active car or motorcycle drivers.

  • People who only drive occasionally, feel uncomfortable in city traffic or are anxious should not book a tour. A certain level of driving skill is required.

  • Helmets are compulsory! We provide helmets free of charge

  • All participants receive a detailed briefing before the start of the tour.

  • If you have any concerns or feel unwell before setting off, please speak to our guides,
    then we will refund the price you paid.

  • If you cause damage/accident, no money will be refunded.

  • For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse the booked tour to potentially endangered persons after the introduction of the vehicle. In this case we will refund you the full amount.

Requirements

  • You need a class 3/B driver's license (car). Please bring your original driver's license to the tour!
  • We accept digital e-driver's licenses (as an app) / photos of driver's licenses cannot be accepted.

  • We accept all car driving licenses in the world. Get official government information here.

  • Participation from 18 years

  • You can book the tours directly online until 24h before departure.

  • The vehicles are single-seaters, therefore max. one person per vehicle.

  • Maximum height of 2.00 m / minimum 1.55 m

  • Maximum body weight of 130 kg

  • Suitable footwear (no flip flops please)

  • Season: March - November
  • At temperatures above 10°C, private tours for 4 or more people can also be organized. Please contact us by email - please note that our response time may be delayed out of season.

GROUP DRIVE

You can easily book up to 12 people online on our website.
If the desired number of people is not possible on a particular day at a particular time, please select a different time.

Deposit

A deposit is generally required in case of damage to the vehicle caused by the driver (e.g., through inattention, disregard of traffic rules, using a cell phone while driving, etc.).

This deposit is normally 1,500 euros and can be paid on site by credit card, debit card, or cash. If no damage is caused, the deposit will of course be refunded immediately!

Reduction of the deposit/liability:

Before starting your trip, you have the option to reduce your liability limit to €500 by making a one-time payment of €20. In the event of damage, you will only be liable for €500, regardless of the total cost of the damage.

Sample calculation:
A Mini Hot Rod costs over €20,000!
If damage amounting to €500 occurs, €1,000 of the deposit will be refunded.

If damage of € 3,000 is incurred, for example, a maximum of € 1,500 is due.

If you intentionally disregard traffic rules or instructions, the reduced deductible will no longer apply. If this results in damage, you will be billed for the full amount of the damage.

Examples: A participant overtakes the group, rides aggressively, or exceeds the speed limit.

Deposit for groups

A group is only required to pay a deposit for two vehicles: that is, €3,000 (2 × €1,500), regardless of whether there are two or twelve drivers. In the event of an accident, the group deposit covers all vehicles in the group.

If the reduced deposit of €1,000 (2 x €500) is selected, all participants must pay the one-time additional fee of €20 for the reduction.

If anyone in the group does not wish to do so, they will be treated as an individual and will only be required to pay the deposit for themselves (€1,500 for their vehicle). Everyone else pays the €20 and must then pay two deposits of €500 each.

No drinking and driving

We apply the 0.0 per mille limit. No drug influence or other medication that impairs driving ability.

Delay or change in the number of participants

In the event of willful disregard of the above conditions of participation, late arrival for the booked tour or a reduction in the booked number of participants, the booking amount will not be refunded. Therefore, please let us know 48 hours in advance if the number of participants is reduced. If you have to cancel for important reasons, please note our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION & REFUND BY THE ORGANIZER

  • If we have to cancel a tour for any other reason, you will receive a voucher or your money back. Refunds to credit cards or by bank transfer can take up to 10 days.
  • Please note that when booking via portals such as Jochen Schweizer, TripAdvisor, GetyourGuide and others, you must first contact the platform where you purchased the tickets.
  • If you do not have your original driver's license, we will not authorize a refund.

Behavior in rain

  • If it rains on the day of the tour, we will cancel the tour for safety reasons and you will receive a voucher or your money back. In this case we will contact you before the start of the tour. The decision whether or not to ride in the rain will be made by our guides on site.

Vouchers

Vouchers that have expired after 3 years of validity will not be refunded and can no longer be redeemed.

Inquiries

The guides trained by us have sufficient driving experience and are available to you with advice and assistance during the tour. The route has already been tested and meets the specified safety measures.
